Pennsylvania Guernsey Breeders Elect Officers
During the Annual Meeting of the Pennsylvania Guersney Breeders Association, the members elected officers to assume their positions in July 2008. Dr. Beth Anne Clark of Misty Meadows Farm, New Paris, PA was elected to president. Dave Trotter of Trotacre Farm, Enon Valley, PA will serve as vice president. Elsie Wolff of Quarryville, PA will continue as secretary/treasurer for the coming year.

Sniders Tiller Gala Wins Junior Champion at World Dairy Expo

• Kendy Gable exhibited the Junior Champion Female, Sniders Tiller Gala, at the 2007 World Dairy Expo. Gala also won her Winter Yearling class.
• Snider Homestead Farm received the honor of Junior Best Three Females.
• The Premier Sire of the World Dairy Expo Guernsey Show was Trotacre Loral Tiller-ET.
  
  

Bernetta Gable Honored with Obie Snider Award
During the 2007 All-American Dairy Show, Bernetta Gable of Snider Homestead Farm was recognized with the Obie Snider Award for outstanding leadership and service to the dairy industry. Secretary of Agriculture, Dennis Wolfe presented the award, named after Gable's late-uncle, during the “got milk?”® banquet. Congratulations Bernetta! Pennsylvania Farm Receives National Production Awards
Trotacre Farm of Enon Valley, PA received two production awards at the National Convention in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The Trotter family received the High TPE Lactation Average for Milk and Protein Awards for the herd average of 22,378M 4.4% 977F 3.2% 715P for 22 records.
